There were a number of issues with this shipment - none of which were caused by Candor and none that they needed to deal with.
However - they thankfully did!
Never once did they say it wasn’t their job.
Never once did they complain or put other things 1st.
They dealt with all matters until the car was fully registered in my name and often worked out of normal hours.
They showed real care and fantastic customer service and have won me over as a long term client.

Updated on 19 AUG 2025 that the car is received at a partner warehouse in Montreal Canada. Pictures followed on 21 AUG 2025.

3 additional follow-up emails received. My understanding is they haven't booked a place in a vessel yet. It is almost 2 months now.
