Rotterdam’s the big one – it’s one of the busiest ports in Europe, and most cars shipped to the Netherlands land there. From Rotterdam, we can get your car anywhere in the country, whether it’s Amsterdam, The Hague, or even some small town.

But your car has to be drive-ready with just the basics, like a spare wheel. If you’ve got other stuff to ship, better use a container.

Air freight’s quick, safe, and for high-value rides, it can be worth it. For motorcycles, air freight might even be cheaper, especially if you’re planning to ride it around and then ship it back to UAE. Flights are more reliable when it comes to car shipping.
Here’s what you’ll need for car export from UAE:
• Vehicle registration documents
• Export Certificate from the Roads and Transport Authority (If permanent export)
• Carnet de passage & Tourism certificate (If temporary export)
• Your identity documents such as passport, Visa or Business registration
In the Netherlands, you’ll need to deal pay import duties and VAT (usually 21%) If you are relocating you will be eligible for duty free entry. Your car also needs to pass an RDW inspection to make sure it meets Dutch road standards, especially for emissions.
